It was pretty well-rounded, basically scoping out what kind of person you are, how you will fit into the culture, and what talents you bring to the table. Pretty typical agency-style interview process. It started with a phone interview, followed by an in-person meeting. Afterwards I was provided with a skills test, and then a few weeks later was presented with an offer which I accepted.
