after you submit your application they set up an interview within the next week or so after submitting the application is submitted. you need to get an interview scheduled or if its not working out then just walk in (like i did) and state "hey, i've been waiting for my interview and i havent been able to schedule it over email. is your manager here so we can do the interview today or set up a time for another day?". after your interview then you'll likely start training in the next couple of days or so.
