Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 1 dia. Fui entrevistado pela Blue Origin (Kent, WA) em out. de 2017
Entrevista
I received a short tour and sat for a few hours one on one with the hiring manager. This was more of a seating interview but the next steps seemed a bit odd. They wanted a presentation prepared for a follow on interview. On one hand this I found this to be a good chance to choose my own narrative, but overall I think it's overkill. I ended up pulling out...not due to the interview process, though.

First round was a phone call, asking general interest questions, background, skills, etc. and a simple coding question. Second round was 3 hours. I presented two projects I worked on for the first hour, and the next two hours I answered technical software/coding questions and general questions about my experience.

The first interview was a very quick phone screen with a recruiter. Next was the technical interview which consisted of behavioral questions, technical questions, and a live-coding challenge. Technical questions were heavily based on data structures.

THINK TWICE before you want to move forward with this company. You have to spend a lot of time preparing for the final interview!!!
I thought I was doing okay but got rejected. The recruiter got feedback from the team: "You lacked experience in Agile or working with customers. Also, you didn't show enough interest in the company because you didn't ask them a lot of questions about their project."
WHAT A JOKE! If I am not interested, I would not spend that much time making the presentation PowerPoint, making all of the diagrams, and writing the summary. I am applying for my first SDE job, they knew I didn't have SDE work experience at the beginning so why didn't just reject me at the beginning? Why waste my time doing so much preparation for the final interview?
These were my interview process:
1. A recruiter contacted me to do a quick 15 mins phone screen.
2. A technical phone screen. He asked some behavioral questions and an easy coding problem.
3. Final interview: they required you to prepare a 1-hour long presentation and a written summary about human access to space. After the presentation, I was interviewed by the hiring manager who only asked behavioral questions, then two people interviewed me about an App design, finally, two people had an easy coding problem for me. I thought I was doing okay but got rejected.
