First round was an informal phone call with a recruiter. Second round was a technical phone screening. Third round was a video call via skype with the team I was interviewing for.

I applied for the Avionics Software Engineer position for new graduates. In two weeks, I conducted a 30-minute phone interview with someone from HR. I then scheduled to do a one hour technical phone interview with one of the engineers at the company. In the first half of the technical interview, I was supposed to write a simple program in C++, and in the second half, the interviewer asked a couple of technical and behavioral questions and also allowed me to ask a couple of questions about the company. Three weeks after the interview, I was notified that they decided to not move forward with the interview process.
