Blue Origin’s hiring process is a mess. After applying online you can expect: - A random email with no pre-amble or introduction asking for your availability for a phone screen. No scheduling web interface for candidates. - After 1-2 phone screens (basic tech questions), expect an invitation to present a 1hr presentation to a panel with follow-on 1v1 interviews. - After the panel interview, a final “bar raiser” interview. All together, the process took ~2months or so. HR is slammed trying to hire a ton of people, so expect slow turnaround and poor communication. My recruiter gave me an offer letter with the wrong name, position, and job title as an example.
