After the behavioral based interview, the second interview will consist of conceptual questions on cryogenic materials, fluid dynamics, and heat transfer. Study your engineering fundamentals and make sure you are okay with the location they are located in.

They want you to do a million interviews for no reason. While other companies like Boeing make you only do one. They have a HR call, then a 1 hour zoom call, then another 1 hour zoom call, and then a panel interview.

1 panel interview (1 hour prepared presentation, with five 30 minute chats with each panel member)
Recieved a phone call a couple days later saying it’d take two weeks.
Two weeks came by and said it’d be another week.
About that time next week I received an email from the recruiter notifying me that I was selected.
