Consisted of 2 interviews: 1 with the head of the team, and one with the Associate I would directly work under. The manager asked more technical questions as well as an overview of the firm and the team's objectives. The associate seemed to focus more on team fit with a few questions to qualify my technical skills.

I only had two 30 minute interviews, with a Vice President and Senior Associate. They both were super nice and asked mostly behavioral questions like "Why do you want to work at Blue Owl?"
