The first round interview was with someone in recruitment. It was fairly straightforward, however, the recruiter could not recall all the details of the role and had to put me on hold to look them up. Moved on to a second-round with a hiring manager who asked typical sales interview questions. After that, there was a third-round with a member of the sales team. He asked me why I was leaving my job and I shared my reason, which was personal. He didn't think I was being honest and threatened to use my references to confirm. Callous and unprofessional. They ghosted me after that.
