Easy interview. Main questions are focused on your background and if you’re comfortable with door knocking and other ways to generate your own leads. You’ll get a response the same day and start the onboarding process.

It was a single in-person interview with a manager. He was very easy-going and didn't try to trip me up with difficult questions. We mostly talked about our experiences with solar and the industry in general. I asked a lot of questions about the company and how they do things and he answered them all for me.
