My first round interview went great. The hiring manager spoke about the company in detail and to the point. The interview lasted about 20-25 min. In the interview, I was asked about my professional background and what I wanted out of life. They went over what I saw some of my strengths and weaknesses to be. Along with a variety of other questions. Then I was asked if I had any questions for them. I got a sense this was a challenging environment, where I could grow. I was then asked to come back for a 2nd round interview. In this interview, the person interviewing me went into more detail about the company. More or less about my pay and opportunity for growth. Overall, I thought the interview process was conducted very well and I look forward to my career with Blue Shore.

I applied online and received a phone call the next day, and I appreciated that they sent me e-mails to follow up. Coming into the lobby, I received paperwork with some interesting questions I never got asked anywhere else like what my passions were. I walked in with the hiring manager about 15 minutes later, and they went over briefly what they do. Definitely talked a little fast but I was able to keep up, and they asked me if I had any questions at the end. It seemed very straightforward, and I liked that they let me go over what I wanted to do long-term. The second interview came about a week later because I had a job still and couldn't schedule it right away, but another person from the office spoke with me in great detail about how I can progress in the company, what exactly I'd be doing, what my compensation would be and all of that stuff. I got asked again if I had any questions, and they clarified everything I was confused on. The process was straight foward, and I appreciated that they took their time to make sure I understood everything before accepting a job offer.
