I applied to their open role on LinkedIn. A couple weeks later, I had my first of 4 interviews. All went well —> very well including with VP of delivery excellence. Thought a job offer was coming. Instead, I was told that despite wanting to hire me, they did not have enough change management work in the pipeline to do so, which was never communicated to me. They collected resources in case the need arose. A couple weeks later the same role was “actively recruiting” again on LinkedIn.
