Was called into interview after finding posting on Craigslist. Very friendly manager met me and explained what they were looking for. Asked basic questions about my experience and scheduling. Seemed more concerned with how I might be overqualified after I shared my other work. Offered me a free doughnut afterwards which was appreciated.
Panel questions with other candidates. Was also based on your personality type and shared with other candidates about your personality. It was hard to come up with new answers by the time it got to me, so i would recommend to practice giving different answers to the same question.
