Entrevista
The interview process is a bit lengthy but fair, meaning that there's a valid point for it's length. As content writers we need to submit tests/proof to show the quality of our work. After successful completion of the test the candidate proceeds for a prescreen meeting with HR (who are lovely by the way) and then a 2nd interview with the Content Manager of the market. After the 2nd interview there will be a second and final test.
The interview process was fine. But it was the lack of follow-through. After going through two interviews, they "ghosted" me. A general email would have sufficed if they had chosen other candidates. But they did not respond even when I followed up. This made the whole process feel like a sham.
