I applied through a staffing agency and went in for an interview following a phone screen from the staffing agency. I met with three different people during the interview. They were all very nice, but it seemed like they hadn't even looked at my resume until we began talking. Following the interview I was told they would keep me posted on the next steps. I never heard back from Blueconic. Over a week later the staffing agency told me they weren't interested in moving forward.

The process stars with a typical phone screen. I was asked about my prior roles and job history as well as what I thought BlueConic is. After the phone screen I was brought in a day later to meet the BDR manager, VP of Sales and VP of marketing. All great people with a very relaxed approach to the interview. It was clear I got along with everyone I spoke with and not only that but I was told that my explanation of the product was one of the best they have ever heard. Sadly never heard one update from the company, occasionally got updates from a recruiter who helped with the process. Clearly a very very young company just finding their feet. Disappointing that they couldn't do the decency of reaching out with an update. I had to turn elsewhere for other opportunities.
