The 1st round was okay it was good easy questions were asked. Second round was face to face it was pathetic felt like senior management was egoistic. They were more interested to demean you rather than asking right technical and managerial questions. Horrible experience in short.

They called me and fixed the interview, but at the interview I haven't asked any technical questions. They're more interested in why I left the last organisation, what I'm doing now, what am I doing after completing education and all. Already one review is there which says they harasse people I kind of agree with the review, because at the interview they're asking unnecessary questions and make fun of job seekers and they're smiling, I think this will decrease the moral of a job seekers. If you think someone is not worthy taking the interview then don't call them and waste their time because you already know their skills and background by their resume.
