This fake company was recruiting for a Quantitative Research role. A guy named Ratnesh Jain approached me on Linkedin asking me to fill a self-assessment form which said it would take 25-30 minutes. There was a deadline to fill this form within 3 days. However, this "self-assessment" form was a complete and pathetic waste of Candidate's time. There were mroe than 20 essay type questions and completing the form took me more than 3 hours. The end result, they did not even have the decency to give me any feedback or reply back to my messages. A truely pathetic and unprofessional recruitment agency with no concern for the applicant's time, efforts and energy. If they continue this way, I can assure that they are doomed.
