The phone screen was fairly canned, quick, and impersonal. I was moved on to do an assessment and when asked a question regarding my ability to actually complete the assessment, I was ghosted.

Worst Experience. This is a Gov Project and they were looking for PRs, even though I had stated that I am not a PR in my application I was called for a phone screen. I was very reluctant to attend and then in the call found out that the recruiter is not even aware of what a PR is. It hardly takes an email to get this info from a candidate. Total Waste of Time in this market. I was hesitant to follow up and then just sent an email for the sake of it and as expected I got the generic rejection email. They are maybe practicing using candidates like me. Rubbish company .. Do Not Waste Time Here.
