At BlueLink, they really want to ensure that you have a general background of customer service and think of ways to retain customers. There are a lot of scenario-based questions, but they also want to ensure if you will be a great fit to the team.
Very clear and open interview. Not too many unnecessary rounds and direct questions. Company culture was discussed so at the role and what they were looking for. Experience in tourism abd/travel industry was a plus.

It seemed like a good company during the process, until I had a 2 lines rejection email from what seemed like a robot with a portuguese name. Don't waste your time, there are more human companies.
