Avoid - They ghosted me at the end of the process. Interview #1 with HR - all good. Interview #2 with Head of Product. Standard product discussion, where he explained there's a business case for me to prepare and present on the following interview. Interview #3 with Head of Product + COO. I had prepared the business case to present, they asked to record the meeting, made few questions only at the end of the presentation, and they asked me to send the presentation slides at the end. During the process, I had few phone calls with the HR guy. After the business case presentation, I sent emails and tried calling them. However, they stopped answering my emails and the HR guy did not answer my calls ever again. It was disrespectful and a waste of my time - extremely unprofessional. My experience is from 2 months ago, and I'm reading that they keep doing the same to other candidates.
