The interview's tone was easy-going and sociable, although a little too generic. They do try to make the conversation personable and give away optimism and good manners that are not met in the (non-existing) follow-up.

Seamless and organized process through Indeed, as well as friendly emails with Google Cal invites– had a response within the same week I applied. After 1 video interview the first week, providing references and doing a small 2-hour long (max) assignment the following week, I was able to move forward with another video call, which I assume is the last. From application to the end of the process being 4 weeks total, this was honestly a refreshing and easygoing process for any candidate interested in applying.
