Received an initial tech screen call. Caller did a great job at diffusing my anxiety and it really helped me from brain freezing. Basic tech stuff like port numbers, protocols, Windows server/domain (services, etc). Heard results back via email rapidly requesting formal paperwork (application, background stuff) and follow up call was scheduled with HR. The second call was also a very comfortable call. The personable tone or the two calls made me even more interested in the company. After that call, an on-site interview was scheduled. On site was two panel-style interviews with a group of 4 at a time. I've experienced this type of interview style at both Google and Amazon, and it can be very intimidating, but the individuals were engaging and I went well. They discussed mostly previous experience, going down my resume and application for more detail. General expected interview questions like "greatest strength" and asking for examples of answers. Nothing unexpected. I was somewhat disappointed there was no logic or brain teasers that have become normal at tech interviews, as that's where I generally shine. Total on-site took 3 hours or so. Emailed a follow-up to HR later that day and was told I would hear back after they all discussed. Around a week later I had an email that the feedback was great. I was told they would get back to me regarding the offer, but they were trying to determine my best fit. I received the offer letter quickly.
