Two rounds of interviews, one with VP, one with 3 employees. Then a practical "test" of sorts with VP of Construction that was involved, and took some knowledge of construction and the solar industry.

Applied online, the company reached out asking if I would consider a different position. I agreed and was asked about my availability to interview. I provided dates and didn't receive a response. I followed up and was told they were lining schedules up and would be in touch in a couple of days. Two weeks later I followed up again and heard nothing. Completely unprofessional to ghost a candidate that you reached out to.
