I applied by online application and was rang the same evening by the Managing Director, asking about myself and she sent forms for me to fill out and send back. Interview was on Zoom call, approx. 30 minutes, plenty of questions about myself, my previous experience and roles, what I know about care work, and situations ive been in that prove I can work in that situation.
