The Interviewer was very pleasant and had a positive attitude. The questios were easy enough to answer,but the assessment procedure has 3 interviews . Even though I didn't pass the first phase,I would like to be given a second chance

I had applied for this job & got a call within a few hours asking if I could interview that day because they loved my resume. Cut date night short in order to interview, & it went so well the person who interviewed me quickly scheduled me for a second interview as soon as possible, saying they thought I was a great fit for the position they were looking to fill quickly. I had a second interview that also went very well, & was told I would hear back within 3-5 business days regardless of the outcome. It’s been over a month & I heard nothing back from them at all - not even a rejection email. Considering I had interviewed with them twice & both people confirmed they really thought I was a great fit, it’s unfortunate that they completely ghosted me without feedback or even a rejection email.
