However, he was late for the call, I need to email him ask whether we need to reschedule. then he called, no apology. he seems completely forget about this meeting and appeared to be very absent-minded, because he put me on hold twice and keep asking the same questions. This gave candidate a bad impression about the company. I followed up then got general rejection email. but at least quick turnaround about the status.
