I was referred for the position by a Blueprint employee and former co-worker. I was a little skeptical after reading the glass door reviews, however, people I knew at the company sounded very happy. I didn't hear anything for about a month, which made me a bit more skeptical. I decided to follow up with multiple inside contacts, after which I immediately received a phone call from the recruiter. I remained skeptical but decided to follow the process through. As I learned more about the company and culture with each interview, I found myself more and more excited about the opportunity.
The interview process with Blueprint was fairly easy and straightforward, however, this position was also a great match for my experience and skillset. The client interview was significantly more intense.
Recruiter phone screen, hiring manager phone interview, in-person interviews with skip level and people ops manager, then 4-hour multi-person interview with the primary client.
