Someone employed by Blueprint reached out to me via a professional networking site. After exchanging a few messages, we established a date and time that worked for both of us and I provided my contact information. That time came and went and I didn't hear from the person. Four days came and went and I didn't hear anything. On day 5, I messaged the person to see if we should reschedule. On day six, the person responded and said that they went with an internal candidate. The person showed no awareness of the fact that they stood me up and would have ghosted me totally if I hadn't reached out.
