Initial phone, interview with the hiring manager, two separate interviews with other CSMs, interview with Adoption consultant. I was told in my last interview with a wonderful man that is a consultant with Bluescape that the final decision was not his, but he was recommending they hire me. I never heard from Bluescape again. I invested a lot of time interviewing with them to not even receive a form rejection email.
