Had a phone screening and went over their benefits and my resume. It was roughly 20 minutes long. The they said they are going to send me to the next 1:1. The 1:1 had pretty standard questions and at the end I asked if I did well and I received good feedback and that I did well. However the next day I received a decline email for the third panel interview for further advancement. I asked for feedback but I was ghosted and never heard back.
