There was an initial HR phone interview. Pretty typical questions like why are you looking for a new job or what makes you qualified for this position. There was one basic accounting question just to be sure you actually knew accounting. Then there was an in-person interview a couple days later with the CEO, Controller (ended up being out of the office when I interviewed), and the Accounting Manager. The in-person interview was about an hour. I appreciated that the interviewers were very forthcoming about the job responsibilities and company culture/history. The office space was pretty modern with windowed offices which was awesome. I was told that accounting was in the basement of the building however.
