A week after i applied, i received an email to schedule a phone interview. You select on a calendar link they send which day and time works for you. It said it would be 30 minutes. I prepared like it was a normal interview, but then it was like about 5 minutes of the interviewer asking me about two questions, and explaining the company ( which i already researched a ton about and was not given the opportunity to show that), and then saying there will be two more interviews after this. The person said id hear back by Monday if i was going to move forward with another interview. I never heard back, it would have been nice to hear 'we aren't moving forward with you' instead of nothing. They should explain the interview process in the email better, and should at least email you or call you to say you were not selected especially considering how well i thought my brief interaction went.
