Thank you for sharing your experience of our interview process. We are genuinely sorry that this was your impression of Board Intelligence, and we want to address your feedback openly.
Most importantly, we sincerely apologise that you did not receive any communication following your final stage presentation. That is not the standard we hold ourselves to, and we understand how disrespectful and frustrating that must have felt, particularly after investing four stages and a month of your time. There is no acceptable reason for a candidate to be left without a response, and we are sorry this happened to you.
We also hear your feedback around role clarity and consistency of messaging across the stages. These are things we are actively working to improve, and this kind of candid reflection helps us do that.
