Entrevista
I interviewed for the Product Support Specialist role through an external recruiting agency. The early stages moved quickly, and I was even asked to provide a professional reference very early in the process — which was unusual, since reference checks typically come after final interviews.
After that, the process dragged on for weeks with multiple delays and vague updates. I was told I was a top candidate, but scheduling the next step took over a month. Communication was inconsistent, and it took a very long time to receive feedback after my second interview.
That interview itself lasted only about 10–15 minutes, with just a few surface-level questions asked. I came prepared with detailed examples of my work, but there wasn’t space to showcase my skills or enthusiasm because of how rushed and limited the conversation was. The feedback I later received didn’t match the reality of the interview experience or the positive reference I had already provided.
Overall, the process felt drawn out, disorganized, and unprofessional. If you interview here, expect long delays, unclear expectations, and very little opportunity to present your full skill set. The company’s mission is admirable, but the hiring process I experienced didn’t reflect the same level of care or respect.

Very unprofessional. Role was advertised as fully remote, went through 4 interview loops with recruiters, hiring managers, directors, and executive team members. Completed final interview and after following up I received an email saying “let’s talk about next steps!” Only to get on a call and be told there are no next steps and they decided to offer the position to someone local to the office. All other factors considered I would have had an offer for the role is what I was told. This company was simply interviewing to extract information or I got a preview of the operational aloofness that commonly affects soon to be bankrupt startups.
Thanks so much for taking the time to share your interview experience. I’m really sorry the process felt frustrating, and especially that the final conversation caught you off guard. That’s not how we want candidates to feel after spending time and energy in getting to know us.
While the role requirements may have shifted slightly as we moved through the process, we should have been clearer and more upfront about that. We are taking note of this to make sure our interview process reflects our values.
Your feedback is valid and appreciated. It’s helping us have better conversations as a team about how we show up during hiring.

Very standard process. Phone screen, then hiring manager, and then a couple of interviews with members of the marketing and product team. Process does move a little slow, often 1 week between interviews.
