I came in to do an interview and 2 practical haircuts. 1 haircut was clipper cut on the sides with scissors on top, 2nd haircut was haircut all over. The interviewer was the hiring manager and I also interviewed with the assistant manager. Both were very friendly.

You have an interview over the phone. Then in person with the manager. In person they make you bring in a model and do a haircut to prove your technical skills.
