HR phone screen. She did no introductions, just immediately said “tell me about yourself”. After the resume walkthrough she had no thoughts or questions, literally asked nothing. Followed up with her a week later with no response, several weeks after the phone screen it appears I’ve been ghosted. Very unprofessional all around.
