Two stage interview:
Initial stage was a chat with the recruitment team about the company and getting to know me.
Second stage was a more clinical interview - 1x casestudy and some questions around red flags
2 part process First part: general chat about the job role and what they have to offer with a recruiter. Second part: face to face with senior MSK physiotherapist. Discussed patient load, pay, case studies. Example of hands on techniques.
