quick process, first interview with two solicitors in same department and then a second interview with partner - also a written exam after the first interview (unseen) - took around a week to receive an answer
Really friendly, made to feel at ease, 2 round interview with some situation questions - first interview was online next in office where I got to meet the team. General questions about background, what you would bring to the team
Online test done via a computer under timed conditions (1 hour)
1 to 1 sit down interview with Trainee Solicitor and Partner - discussions about university career, grades, goals, training solicitor opportunities
