All candidates went through the same process. If you pass all the rounds, they will determine your level and see which team you are suitable for. This means the role and team you apply to might not be the one you get an offer with. The interview process consists of several rounds of case and behavioural interview

Similar experience to many of the reviews here. Ghosted after a take home test and approached back after many month later with the invite for onsite presentation at which point I already moved on. I think the company needs to be upfront about the fact that they are not actively hiring and are trying to create a pool of candidates just in case. That is only fair because home test requires a lot of effort for a busy professional and from what I have experienced the company expects you to prep for all sorts of questions that can show up at any point even if you are told otherwise.
