The interview process is very lengthy, 6 steps, including a business case so you have to arm yourself with patience. All interviews are recorded with AI so they can review your answers later on. The first 5 stages were good, the people were down to Earth and had genuinely good questions and expectations. The 6th stage was a dramatic change: they were expecting me to have very industry specific experience and were rather aggressive about it too.
