I applied and was scheduled for a phone interview rather quickly. The recruiter and I had a good phone conversation and I was told I'd hear back in two weeks as I was one of the first to apply. After two and a half weeks, I reached out for an update and I was told they were still interviewing candidates and they'd reach out when they were finished. All the while, I noticed the position getting reposted multiple times on multiple sites. I am confident they are posting ghost positions. After a month and a half, after I'd received another offer, the recruiter finally let me know they decided to move forward with other candidates and that it was a "difficult decision" since they "really enjoyed talking with me". A day later and the job is reposted yet again. Do not apply for this company. They post ghost positions simply to feel out the market and will never hire you.
