Candidatei-me de outra forma. O processo levou 3 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Bombas (New York, NY) em fev. de 2020
Entrevista
The process was very quick and straightforward. I submitted an application and was asked to do a phone screening with a recruiter a few days later. I then had another call with my potential manager. After the two phone screens, I came into the office for two sets of in person interviews with members from various parts of the company. I received an offer around a week later. Great communication and transparency the entire way through. Best interview process I've had.
Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 2 meses. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Bombas (New York, NY).
Entrevista
I applied online and received a request for a phone interview with a hiring manager. Five minutes before the interview I received an email from the interviewer to reschedule for a later date. The initial phone interview was general questions like why Bombas and salary requirements. He informed me that I would be moving on to the next step and interviewing with the manager I would be working with. After that phone interview, I didn’t hear from them for weeks. I assumed I didn’t get the job, but then I received an email apologizing for the delay and that they were putting this position on hold. The email encouraged me to apply again when the position became available. A few months went by and I noticed the position opened again. I immediately applied and got an almost instant rejection.
I consider this a blessing in disguise because if their hiring process is disorderly, then it reflects what it would be like working for this company.
