Entrevista
I applied online and received a speedy response to set up a time with a recruiter. I had a call with Torrey and we had a great conversation about the role, the culture of Bombas, and logistical details. Torrey let me know where they were in their hiring process and let me know about what the next steps would be.Unfortunately, the timing of this job did not work out for my needs, but Torrey let me know that he would reach out again if another position came along that he felt I would be a good fit for.
Throughout the process, Torrey was incredibly helpful and responsive to any questions that I had. Torrey and I spoke a few times during the hiring cycle to keep me updated on the progress of this position. Each time, Torrey was incredibly friendly and easy to talk with.

I was initially contacted via email by the talent recruiter for a phone screening interview. I was then asked to return for an additional 3 Zoom interviews with various members of the staff.
