The interview process felt very smooth. It was 3 rounds and consisted of a phone screen with the recruiter, an interview with the hiring manager and a few other team members, and a final interview with the Controller and IA Director. It felt very conversational and made me feel more comfortable about Bombas as a company that I could see myself working at.

There were technically a couple of rounds, but they moved very quickly and the whole process was finished within 10 days: -phone interview with manager -two rounds of 15-30 minute video interviews -a call with HR and manager HR did a good job of keeping me updated and were flexible.
