First step was phone interview with Talent Acquisition. Next was in person interview with Medical Director, Manager and Nursing Supervisor. Last was group interview with entire clinic staff. I was offered the position within 2-3 days but was not able to start work until the company's mandatory orientation, which wasn't being held until a little over 1 month later. At said orientation, some physicians and other medical staff reported that their hiring process took 3-6 months!
