Standard Teams conversation before moving on to a face to face interview. Face to face interview was quite disorganised; an interviewer with me and 2 people also on a teams call. Interviewer tapping away on his keyboard doing his own thing whilst I was speaking to the 2 people on teams. I understand people have other things to do but I've just took the afternoon off to do what could have been a teams call for me also. Nothing too complicated but I was out of practice with interviews and the setup - but of course interviews are really about how you react under such stress so thats on me. Never got any feedback (or even declined).

Was a initial call with the manager, Tell me about yourself. Then asked about why you wanna work at the company, what was the reason for leaving, what did you do at previous place. Then followed by few technical question regarding java, concurrency, hashcode, hashmap, imutability. Basic of java is required.
