I applied for this position, was selected to move onto the Questionnaire section, submitted my answers, was told I would hear back in a few days and it's been silent for 3 weeks. I followed up and still never heard back. Really disappointed in the unprofessionalism and ghosting a potential candidate.

It was quick & pleasant. Only email questions and one meeting. I was asked to explain the process of cooking dinner for myself (from buying necessary ingredients, reading the recipes etc.)
