HR phone screening Interview was a joke. I was never asked about my skills and what value I could bring to the company. Instead it was 100% focused on my personality and what personality traits I have that turn people off (what kind of question is that anyway??). I was told that either way I will be contacted to inform me of the status of my job application. They never did. I recently checked, and the job is no longer available.
