The interview was split into 3 stages. The first one was a small talk with HR about your background and desire to join this job. I was told that I pass this part. The second one is the technical interview with Engineers. Questions were overall about Web technologies, React architecture and some technologies and tools. Nothing special as tasks to write the code or some parts of React documentation. I was told that I pass this part. The third one was the technical task for 1 week, where I was supposed to build a React app that visualizes and simulates the system where trains need to circulate side to side on their own track continuously and avoid collisions. I have sent the task in 7 days on Friday. I didn't get some answer that my task was received, so on Monday evening, I asked if they have got it. They say yes, and that is all. On Tuesday evening I've got this message: Unfortunately, I don't bring good news. After reviewing the coding challenge and assessing the interview again, we decided not to proceed with you. No reasons why. No thoughts about what I can improve. One week - a waste of my time.
