Team was friendly and seemed nice, but the process was long & time consuming. Took about 2 or 2.5 months overall, in part due to longer response times from the team. There were 4 rounds of interviews, including an intro call, a take home assignment that required data manipulation, a 2.4 hour call with 4 people, then a 3 hour call with 4 people. I had to take time off my current job to accommodate these interview requirements. Interview questions themselves were not necessarily difficult, but the length of this process made this a negative experience. I was not offered the job, with them stating that they were looking for someone with different experience than me, which was a bit frustrating considering they knew exactly what my experience was going into the interviews. Felt like they wasted my time, or at least did not know what they wanted until the end of the interview process.
