Not really sure if they have an interview process. Disorganized and unprofessional is the easiest way to describe what happened. Really liked the company and could of made a big difference. Instead, I wasted my time with 4 interviews and getting tossed around like a hot potato. They didn't even have the balls to return my emails/calls.

2 face to face management interviews one with VP other with VP and co owner. You have to complete a couple written questions. Basic questions can you do the job do you mind working a lot of hours. Have written employees up before all very basic if you have experience.
